vp177's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Enjoy entertainment on our platform within your limits — keep your gaming experience safe through deposit limits, self-exclusion, and round-the-clock support.
Why Is Gambling Entertainment, Not Income?
vp177 believes that online betting and casino games are an enjoyable form of entertainment — but they should never be treated as a substitute for a livelihood. Every game carries a natural chance of winning or losing, and it is not reasonable to view betting as a guaranteed source of income over the long term. We want every player on our platform to play with set limits, a clear head, and a good understanding of their own budget.
On this page we explain in detail — how to control your spending and time, when to seek help, and what protection tools vp177 provides for you.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
At vp177 you can set your own maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and to increase it you must wait through a 24-hour cooldown — so that hasty decisions cannot be made.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or make deposits, but your account will not be deleted — you can return when you are fully ready.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, use the self-exclusion feature — you can close your account starting from 3 months up to permanently. While self-exclusion is active you will not receive any promotional emails, and to reactivate your account you will need to contact vp177 support.
Review Betting History
You can view your complete transaction and betting history at any time. Review this information regularly — seeing a clear picture of how much time and money you are spending will help you make your own informed decisions.
24/7 Support
vp177's support team is available all day and all night — in both Bengali and English. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] for a quick response. Feel free to raise any concerns you have about gambling.
Minor Protection
Age verification is required to open an account at vp177. If there are minors in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your login credentials secure. This platform is for ages 21+ only.
Recognising the Signs of a Problem
Gambling can sometimes develop into an addiction — especially when warning signs are ignored. If any of the following apply to you, please consider seeking help now:
Warning Signs
- A tendency to place more bets to try to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
- Spending more than your budget, yet being unable to stop
- Hiding the extent of your gambling from family or friends
- Continuing to gamble while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings in order to gamble
- Feeling anxious or restless when not gambling
- Repeatedly trying to stop but failing
These signs are not evidence of weakness — they are signals of a treatable condition. Talk to a family member or someone you trust, or contact vp177 support directly.
How to Use the Protection Tools
Using vp177's safety tools is straightforward. The process is described step by step below:
Log In to Your Account
Access your account at vp177. If you do not have an account, complete the registration process and finish age verification first.
Open Account Settings
Go to "Account Settings" or the "Responsible Gaming" menu in the dashboard. You will find all protection options together in one place.
Set the Limits or Break You Need
Choose whichever you need — deposit limit, betting limit, time-out, or self-exclusion — and set your preferred value or duration. An OTP verification may be required to confirm the change.
Get Help from Support
If you have trouble configuring the settings yourself, or need stricter limits, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team is always ready to assist in Bengali.
Review Regularly
Check your betting history and spending data at least once a month. If you feel your limits need to be lowered further, do not hesitate to make the change.
Core Principles of Responsible Betting
Only Spend Money Set Aside for Entertainment
Always bet with money whose loss will not affect your daily life. Never use funds set aside for rent, food, or your children's education. With a minimum deposit of ৳100 at vp177, you can enjoy entertainment even on a small budget.
Set a Time Limit
Decide on a time limit for yourself before you start playing and stick to it. You can set an alarm or use vp177's time-out feature so that your session ends automatically after a set period.
Do Not Make Decisions on Impulse
The urge to place large bets tends to arise in moments of anger, frustration, or excitement. In such situations, take a short rest instead. Continuing to play on a winning streak out of greed, and rushing to recover losses after a loss, are both harmful.
Winning Is Not Guaranteed
The outcome of every game is impartial and random. No "system" or "strategy" guarantees winning over the long term. vp177 runs every game through fair play and a random number generator, so following any specific pattern is not possible.
Talk to the People Close to You
Let those close to you know that you are betting for entertainment. Being open about it creates accountability. If your family expresses concern, take it seriously.
Age Verification & Minor Protection
vp177 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age is verified at the time of account creation and at the time of significant withdrawals using a national identity card or other valid documents.
If there are minors in your household, the following measures are recommended:
- Keep a password or PIN lock on your device
- It is best not to use "Remember Me" in the vp177 app or browser
- Keep parental controls active on children's devices
- Do not share your login password with anyone
- If you suspect anything, contact vp177 support immediately
